Decent build quality
These get the job done. No complaints. Only improvement to me would be a color-coded RGB 3 wire set but I actually just needed one for composite video.

not high quality
The BNC end on both of them are flaky (sensitive to gentle wiggling). Wiggling the wires gently causes lots of interference. Don't touch them and they might work. The RCA end was a little loose, but it wasn't flaky like the other end. Only advantage is they are inexpensive, but I guess you get what you pay for.
