Extremely Poor Quality – Unsafe for KidsI had a very bad experience with this cycle. The first unit I received was clearly old, with scratches all over – it looked old and damaged. I requested a return, and although the replacement arrived after 8 days, the issues didn’t stop there.The handlebar groove is poorly designed – it becomes loose every time kid uses the cycle, even after multiple attempts (4-5 times) to fix it. This is a serious safety issue. Within just 10-15 days, the brake lever and wire also started cracking. The components are of very low quality and not at all reliable.This cycle is not safe for kids and is highly prone to accidents. It’s a complete waste of money. Do not buy this product.

Got next day delivery in Bangalore and compared to local shops I got it at a very good price.. quality of cycle looks great and it took me 1hr 45mnts to fix it, fixing it is certainly not an easy task, do it only if you have experience in handling basic tools else take it to near by cycle shop to fix it.. my kid is happy and even we are happy with deal…

Instruction copy provided to assemble the cycle is low quality copy of a printed paper. Some instructions are printed in such low quality that you are not able to read or see the reference image. I will suggest opt for paid installation with the buy.Overall build quality is good but the accessories quality is very bad. Tyres are slightly bend which doesn't give the balance while riding. Mud guard and breaks are not fitting properly no matter how hard you try.Air getting low in tyre tubes very frequently so it seems there may be puncture, even my kid hardly used this cycle and used only inside society premises.No bell is provided, I had to purchase separately.My kid is not happy to ride this cycle as the overall balance is not good.
