When researching which one to take. NMN has an added phosphate group which makes NMN a larger molecule than NR. Some scientists believe NMN is too large to cross cellular membranes and must convert to NR before entering cells, where NAD+ biosynthesis occurs so it’s better to take NR which is smaller. It is a lot easier for our gastro system to absorb NR and then covert it into NAD. Once absorbed it converts rapidly to NAD.

This stuff was magical when I first began using it.Then I tried a competitor’s product because this one was pretty expensive to begin with and I figured I would alternate it with the less expensive one. But this bottle must be a different formulation or something, because it did absolutely nothing and I had to go back to the other one. To add insult to injury, it’s also not returnable. Don’t waste your money, this is a lot to throw out the window, especially when there are amazing products that fully deliver at half the price!

Have used NMN for several years now. I think it improves my aging. I tried to make my own capsules, but wasted more than than used trying to fill them, so found this product to be more useful.
