Q: is the promaster the same as the promaster mr350?

I believe the 350 designation is just a product number for the promaster just like the 250 is designated for the blues master

I own both the promaster (aluminum) & bluesmaster (plastic comb). The aluminum comb is a bit heavier but I like the heft. It also seems to be more air tight. The aluminum is a bit more expensive but that's all I'll get now.

Q: How is it packed when delivered? Is it in just a plastic unwrapped box?

Mine came well packed in a cardboard box. The harp itself is held inside a very nice plactic case that is built like a fort. It arrived in perfect condition and sounds great right out the box.
