Q: Why does it smell like burning metal when I use it? It toasts bread well, but has a horrible burning metal odor

I usually find thst new toasters do this. When I got this one, it was no different. I usually turn the toaster on without any toast in it in order to burn off the smell. After a couple of times doing this, the smell was gone. I love this toaster

Q: The “bagel” function adjusts time, but still toasts both sides of the item in the slot. says so right in the manual. how is this a bagel function??

No, I think you would have to toast it twice.

It toasts the toast just like it's supposed to!

Our Oster toaster works great. It toasts evenly and the frozen function does what it's supposed to (and gets used often!). I also feel like it's easy to clean because of how the inside was designed (as easy as you can get for any toaster at least). I love the look of it, it looks really nice sitting on our counter. I am extremely happy with our purchase.

Muy buen producto. Estético y accesible.

Una buena tostadora. Me ha gustado el diseño y las opciones de cancelar y los otros. Solo hay que aprenderle a los niveles ya que con el nivel 3 lo quema de un lado. El tostado no es parejo pero ajustadolo bien es perfecto.
