can i cut out the pocket square that comes with it and use the breast pocket for my own square?

The pocket is sewn shut but can be opened to hold your preferred pocket square. Once the pocket is open, just fold over the faux pocket square that comes with the suit and you have a backup tucked in for a different occasion. :-)

Are these pants hemmed?

Yes they are, and they are very true to size.

Yes, the pant is sold separately. When I made the purchase, I thought I was getting a super good deal on a suit. However still a good deal, so I ordered the blazer too
