Where have you been all my life?????
I am so in LOVE with this chopper!!! I bought this because my electric chopper bought the farm, and was desperate to replace it. I was going to shell out for a Ninja chopper, but at the time I was looking for one, I was watching an anime called Dr. Stone, and got to thinking, "what if we suddenly had no electricity??" That's when I spotted this manual chopper.I have to admit, I was wary. I'm old, and my hands are not as strong as they were when I was in my 30s, but saw it was a mere pull of a huge ring that's easy to grip that's attached to a string that moves the blades. How hard can that be? Let me tell you, NOT HARD AT ALL!!! Very easy and requires no strength. This is also pretty durable. It's not flimsy at all. I've minced carrots in this. You just have to chop your large veggies to fit it in the container. The 3 blades are also like the Ninja chopper, so it works incredibly well, and can REALLY grind things up. It does take practice to get the hang of it. Too many pulls and you can turn what you want minced into mousse. Watch it closely.Well built, you control the speed and cleaning it is as easy as washing any of your dishes. Just be VERY careful of the blades. It's very sharp.I love this so much, I'm buying another, but with the whisk. So worth the money I spent on it.

Excellent design, easy to clean!
This chopper is well designed, sturdy, and pulls smoothly and does a great job. I use it to further puree canned cat food that comes coarsely chopped for my sickly cat. This chopper is easy to clean and I feel confident that water does not get into the part where the pull string comes out. This is very important to me for sanitary reasons for the health of my cat. I had a different chopper and water kept getting in it even though I was careful when hand washing it. I highly recommend! Good value for your money, too.

You might like if not using often
This was cool but the way you pull I could see the string fraying. Ease was great. The way it is made with handle hidden is nice.

No more chopped off fingers
I don't like / am not good at dicing up onions or garlic or whatever, but this thing gets right through it. It minces them down very small to the size I like. It also is easy to use and it is quick. It's built well and is easy to clean. I use this quite often now when I cook, and it works like a charm.

Very bad Quality - Skip!
Skip this one. It is of the worst plastic quality I have ever seen. It broke in just one usage. Don’t buy!

Most Used Kitchen Gadget
I purchased this to make chopping foods easier for myself and my aunts. It is very easy to use and easy to clean. I believe I got the smaller version and it is very helpful to chopping onions, celery, carrots, fruit, anything that you want finely chopped. I haven't tried meat but I'm sure it does that also. It isn't hard to put at all and feels more like a game than a chore.

Nifty little grinder
I have mixed feelings on this grinder. I bought it to grind up dried mushrooms. I did not want to invest in an electric model and was also worried it would grind them into dust which I really did not want. I did not think this manual one would do that by giving me more control over the process. In the end though, that is not the case. I ended up with a lot more powder than I really wanted with big chunks of unground stems mixed in. Too be fair I might have overdried the mushrooms though so plan to give it another try with some that are not as dry.Even though I did not get the results I wanted, it's still a handily little gadget to have in the kitchen for grinding thins like onions or nuts. It's well made and easy to use. I know it will come in handy but based on the results I got it appears to grind sort of unevenly so I could not give it five stars but I can recommend it.
