My husband raves about this charger pack. He has used it on multiple travel trips for work. He loves that the cords plugged into the side of the box. Charges great and last long time. Small and compact.

I haven't used it for travel just yet, but needed to charge my phone quickly before leaving the house.

I bought one of these, and the built-in cable would not work. If I plugged into the port on the top with an independent cable it worked, but that defeats the purpose of the built-in cable. So i returned it and got a replacement. This one will not charge anything no matter what. Built-in does not work, and hooking up externally does not work. I have confirmed that the unit is fully charged and powered on. Will have to find a better solution.

mine somehow arrived without the cable and i was already dreading having to go to the PO to mail this back for a refund or replacement. instead, i found the MFG website and emailed them directly. within like 15 minutes i got a reply and after a brief exchange they got my address, and 2 days later i got the cable.note: i don't think the missing cable was a result of anyone at the company being sloppy.the package is not sealed so it could have "gone missing" anywhere along the logistics route.the only reason i rate this as great and not excellent is because when i tried to use any other cable in the meantime, the USB-A port is inside a deep wedge that is too narrow to accommodate any other cable. ive tried over a dozen.on the plus side, if you do lose the cable, they definitely make it as a standalone replacement which i received in its own little retail baggy.an in the worst case if the company folds you can get an adapter.

The company contacted me after my complaint and sent me a new charger. I received the new charger quickly and so far so good. Thank you.

I bought this almost / months ago and left it in the box until my current travels. Now I realize I have the same problem as Morgan (another reviewer described it) - “The lighting cable works great, it charges my iPhone quickly from 20-70%. It is slim and the built in cable reduces clutter in my bag.However, the built in USB C connection doesn’t charge. I have tried all my USB C devices (iPad, Nintendo switch, controller, the battery itself) and none of it will charge using the built in cable.Using the included usb c to usb c cable does work, but that defeats the point of having a built in cable.”Is this just a cable/plug issue or is it caused by a flaw in the battery pack itself? Please advise how I can get a working unit. Thank you.Andrew

The size is one of the factors playing a part in my decision for me to order this item. Also, the cables fit alongside. I love the speed and the convenience with an item that works well and translates into a necessity pretty fast. (I am considering all the times I have forgotten to charge my phone and couldn't find an outlet to charge it, or have gone on a trip unprepared). I got my first one years ago and haven't gone back. I need this more often than I allow out of laziness and forgetfulness. This item is more lightweight than all my others. I must remember that now we are using different ports than in previous years, so I prepared for that by getting several ones that fit. I no longer need the old ones; I have many in my cable drawer. I am ushering in the new and phasing out the old. There is a way to plug in more than one kind of connector/connection at once. I never daisy chain, but you might be able to. I would ask the question in that section of the product page.I will keep this clean and free of debris. I keep it plugged into my computer when it is not in use. You never know when you will need it (or think of charging it before discovering you will be). It is best to get the cables to connect to the side as you might be using your phone while it is charging.This item is reasonably priced when considering how expensive these were only a few years ago. Now they are getting more convenient and commonplace as they are smaller and more portable.Enjoy!
