Our original purchase was too small for our tiles. I wrote to the supplier to explain and almost by return a larger frame was supplied which bearing in mind the location is Barcelona was fantastic. He is probably still waiting for the return of the other one which I sent back a couple of days ago so very trusting.

It adds a lot of value to the tiles. Also, the customer service is great. I ordered the wrong size by mistake and they promptly sent a replacement, zero fuss.

Great bit of kit for hanging the four tiles that I bought. They were a little loose in it but I padded the back with a thin sheet of cardboard.

Item was smaller than described. I have 6 tiles I purchased in Barcelona (same sold by this merchant) and was so happy to find a frame for them. I very carefully measured based on item description. As you can see it’s shorter than the 8.26 inches in the description. Waiting to see if the merchant will make this right. If so I will update my review.Update: seller contacted me for photos of my tiles and measurements and advised they will send me the correct size! Will update when received.Final update. Received the correct size today and it is perfect! While not necessary it was express mailed. If I am ever in Barcelona again, I will buy the frame with the tiles. Thank you.

These tiles are beautiful with the traditional raised numbers; I know they tell us the size but they still felt small when we got them. The frame fits well but seems a little cheap. It is really necessary however, because it makes hanging them much easier. Overall, really beautiful
