Can’t say if these work but am 65 do tap, ballet, yoga, Pilates and trapeze. Not on any prescription meds. If I drop dead tomorrow you can assume they aren’t all that.

Not something I'd buy again..
I expected an all-natural vitamin C supplement that would work to keep my skin fresh. I used to get acerola cherry extract by a different brand that would make a noticeable difference. This one didn't do anything at all even with regular use.
