I was hesitant to purchase an item of this price range, but have not been disappointed. The product description while enticing is exceeded by the actual product. It is softer, but firm in the correct proportions, and seems to be made of very high quality material. It was very simple to set up with the included instructions, and a link to an online setup video. It was assembled by myself only, there were no tools necessary for assembly, and I was done in minutes. I did use a dolly to move it as I didn't want to damage the chair, and the base is hefty enough to make moving a bit difficult for a single person. Everything was well packaged and I was pleased that the appearance was very much as it had been described and shown in the order. Operation is simple with touch controls for recline, back support, and headrest. A save memory button (single save) and a multi-function button to operate lights and return to upright. Everything about it, from the materials to the quiet movement and ease of use tells me that I will have this chair for years to come. Looking forward to future dealings with this seller as the family is quick to claim this spot.
