So far so great!
I was a bit skeptical after reading many of the reviews regarding proper fit of this product. Thus far, the magnet and "lip" fit very well in my Redline 360c detector with no modifications required. I will update my review once I mount and trial run this product.UPDATE:The mount is up. However, the hex tool provided by the seller is too small for the mounting screws. This slowed me down for a few moments while I accessed my own supply of tools. Perhaps some quality control improvements prior to shipping are in order. All in all, mounting was simple and only took about 10 minutes from start to finish.A friend of mine purchased a mounting solution for his Redline 360c and paid nearly $120.00!! It wasn't as attractive as this product, which cost a fraction of the price. Needless to say, he was quite disappointed with his purchase.

The magnet doesn't fit.
Can easily be a 5-star if they'd just actually test the fit. I love the articulation, simplicity of mounting, the quality of build, and the styling. But all that is no good if it won't hold the detector in place. If you hut a bump the lip that is supposed to insert into the slot of the detector just doesn't go in and the detector falls.

High quality and great design; but it doesn’t fit Escort Mag Mount
Update:Great customer service. Within 48 hours of my initial review, SDSACZMU offered me a full refund. As the mount functions well with the modifications, I declined and asked only for a magnetic holder replacement. A completely new mount - including the requested part - arrived today- - -The SDSACZMU Radar Detector Mount, Aluminum Rearview Mirror Rod Radar Bracket for Escort Max360c is made of high quality materials and stays in place on on the rear view mirror arm, but the magnetic holder doesn’t fit into the Escort MAXcam 360c Mag Mount receiver; I had to carefully file the lip and edges of the holder to make it work.

The honest truth
At first glance the u it is solid and the design is great. As you tighten the knob you get a good feeling knowing that it will stay in position on your mirror. Then, you attat h your unit to the magnet and begin driving. At every bump your detector falls and bounces off your dash making you cringe. You’re witnessing a 700+ dollar unit hit your carbon fiber dash and wondering what will give first. I ended up leaving the unit on my dash and upon closer inspection, I found that the magnet on this bracket is weak and useless. The most important part of the unit is the worst. Go figure. I’m now trying to source a magnet from an old suction unit to transplant.

Does NOT work for Escort mag mount radars.
Quality is good, however it doesn't fit escort mag mount radars (escort max 360c). Magnet seems strong, but can't fully test the adhesion since it doesn't fully sit flush. The little notch to slide in seems too thick. Seems like it's an angle issue. See comparison with oem windshield mag mount, this mirror mag mount.Update: seller has excellent customer support, willing to rectify the issue.

Fit perfectly
Installed on my 2021 GMC Sierra 1500. Took just 5 minutes and held my Escort Passport perfectly. I've used a large suction cup holder for the past 10 years and its done okay. The problem with the suction cups is it falling off with large temp swings.
