These are the picks I prefer to use at home. They are a little slippery if I use them when I'm playing in front of people where I'm a little more nervous. But otherwise, I love them. They haven't split like other one's I've had.

Love 'em! They made my fingers happy again. They feel awesome. In fact, I couldn't sleep last night. My hands wouldn't lay still. They had to be holding their new picks. Weird but true.... Just wish that the sticker was white instead of black. Would show up better on my amp.
