I purchased this canvas-like material to redo a few director's chairs. I've used similar products in the past for this and they held up very well. This particular product split right down the middle after a week of use. My wife used one of these chairs at her make-up table and it's fortunate that she didn't put her mascara brush into her eye when the fabric gave out. My wife is not a heavy person... actually more toward petite. Use this fabric for light weight projects, like a cover or something along that line and definitely not for any type of load bearing application.

OK this comes in 1 yrd pkgs... This is probably for other makers that are making other things than me. 1 yd increments won't cut it for my product... I kind of flipped a little... Not necessarry just describe it exactly as is and no worries...

I use it to buff wax into leather so when I cut a piece off it is constantly shedding fibers all over the place. Other then that it works as intended. 3 stars is for the shedding.
