I am currently going through a BIG transition in life. Job change plus being a new mommy . I found this book to speak directly to me . I felt as if the author was right across from me encouraging me and validating the feelings I have . A friend borrowed my book and said “ I feel like this book was speaking to me “ It is written with very efficient practical and deep wisdom . I highly recommend this book and books from this obviously experienced author . Seems that the author had walked the walk and surely talks the talk .

As a male this book gives me insight on the struggles on an opposite sex and allows me to support my wife, sisters, and daughters in their endeavors. I also learned tips that I can implement to get me through periods in life moving forward.
