Tops leak and fade. Seller ignored requests
Updated - 8/23 - The company did finally reach out to me and offered a refund. I requested new tops that wouldn't link or fade and they did send me the "older style" that match my previous purchases. It was nice to hear back, but I would have preferred to resolve this before my initial review.(Original review)It pains me to write this review because my older models are awesome, but the latest batch are terrible. They changed the tops which leak and fade. These faded 3 weeks after installing and the sugar water leaks onto my window sill creating a mess and attracting ants. I’ve attempted to contact the company 4 times to make it right, but no response. After buying several of these, I will no longer do business with this company as they have ignored my requests for help. Pic shows old version, new versions (one new, one faded after 3 weeks)

Fantastic feeder
I have this right outside the window of my office and it is the best real life screensaver. I love that the tube is small enough to be emptied by the birds once a day so it doesn’t get gross. I fill it every morning and my little friends come and say hi.

Only last a day
Took a day or two for humming birds to come. Now that they are here they drink the little bottle down daily

Really cute
It's really cute, and I hate that I had to return it, but I didn't think it through carefully. My windows have a single, tall screen that covers both the top and bottom windows, so I would have to remove it, which I don't want to do.

Nice little device, but don’t hold your breath waiting for it.
I ordered this on June 10. They said it was expected June 24. That’s already two weeks. Then I got another email, sorry, this hasn’t shipped yet, your new expected date is July . . . After a few more delays it finally came today, July 19, 25 days after ordering. In that amount of time the hummingbird season could come to an end. Thankfully they are still here. I’m sure they’ll find this and enjoy it. It’s cute and well made. The lid is a plastic cork with a hole in the middle. I hope it lasts. Plastic could get hard and not stay put after some time in the sun. The wire looks nice and the suction cups are good and strong. Other than the extremely long time in coming, this is a cute item and will be fun.

Super-sturdy, but my hummers are taking some time to get used to it...
I purchased a similar style of window suction feeder last year that my hummingbirds fight over, so when I saw this made-in-the-US copper window feeder, I decided to give it a try!I love the small profile, and the copper looks really pretty. The small glass vial is sturdy and comes with a rubber stopper that is easy to remove and clean. It would be nice if this model came with a perch, but SweetFeeders sells other window models that do.For whatever reason, it's taking my hummingbirds a few days to get used to using this feeder, even though it's right next to the popular one, but slowly they are feeding more frequently from it.

very sturdy
While I've always liked the idea of hummingbird feeders that encourage the little ones to come right up to a window, the actual experience is underwhelming because the suction cups never seem to hold very long. Here comes along this hummingbird feeder which is different because it has super strong suction cups. I wasn't able to pull them off a window directly, but had to get a fingernail underneath one edge to peel them off. Very promising. The vial that holds the sugar water doesn't drip, also very important. The entire thing looks very nice to me and, more importantly, to the hummingbirds. The only improvement possibly would be more syrup vials, but I see they sell versions of that as well. I've looked at knockoffs but I think this is the way to go.

Easy to install
This was very easy to install and use. The only negative is that, so far, I haven’t seen and hummingbirds. You do need to make sure that you have a glass window to attach it to. Sometimes with screens, this can be difficult.
