Good phone device. Just can’t using SIM 2 tray.

Dispite some impressessive specifications, the phone just doesn't quite add up to the advertised. The camera is distincly average, especially when compared with the Google Pixel 6. The feel of the phone was cheap - and it turned out to be:Build quality is shocking - within weeks of owning the audio jack failed, and 11 months later the screen cracked whilst in my pocket. No rough handling, never dropped.With the lack of updates (Android 14), and previous experiances with HTC support, I shall not be buying an HTC device again for quite some time. Thank god for Amazon buyer protections!

I initially had issues with attempting the transfer from my previous HTC 11. Therefore I started from scratch with a fresh install. After the subsequent firmware update, everything is working well. It doesn't have the robust quality of the HTC 11 or the sound quality. There are some features and the dual SIM is great.Edit: I've unfortunately had to downgrade my initial review as it doesn't look as though Android 14 will be provided my this model.This will therefore reduce the phones lifespan.After owning HTC's for many years, this will be my last.
