The Cadmos Loud Alarm Clock has been a great addition to the kiddos bedroom! The loud alarm is perfect for heavy sleepers—it’s reliable and definitely gets them up in the morning. Setting it up is super easy with the instructions. The design is gret and the color change gives it more character. Still working nice without a problem and already had it for 2 years.

The media could not be loaded. This is such a cute little alarm clock! I got it for my 9-year-old daughter. The directions are very easy to understand. I set it all up in about 10 minutes. You can adjust the colors to both the numbers and the border as well as the brightness to the numbers on the border. It has two different alarm options. It can be set up AM/PM or army time. The numbers are nice and big and bright so you can easily read it. It looks like a good quality clock and at $15 was a good value. The only thing I didn’t like, and the reason why I gave it 4 stars, is you can’t adjust the volume! It’s primary purpose as an ALARM clock is to wake you up so if you need it louder, you can’t adjust it. Because my daughter is 9 and I will wake her up anyway, I don’t care and I will still get this for her as it’s really neat looking and I think she will like all the colors. But if you actually need this to depend on waking up make sure it’s loud enough! In my video, you can hear how loud it is. There is also some kind of voice functionality, but didn’t really dive too much into figuring that out.

Really bright light (it's adjustable, but would like it to go a bit dimmer). We decided to use the voice activated setting, where it doesn't turn on unless it hears a noise. Our daughter loves to 'clap' to get it to turn on and see the time. I didn't realize when purchasing that you could change the color of the outer ring to be solid colors or multi and you can also change the color of the digits to be different. It has 2 alarm options and you can set them for weekday vs all days, which is nice so it doesn't go off on weekends. She loves the color option flexibility and changes it around to fit what she likes. Would purchase again!

Between a full time job and a farm, I don't have much time to sleep. So when I do sleep, I sleep HARD. At this point I'm convinced I could sleep through just about any world-ending catastrophe. I can certainly sleep through my 6 daily phone alarms (even max volume with the phone right by my face,) my Alexa alarm, my Apple Watch haptics alarm, and my sunrise-simulating light alarm. But this beast? Oh no, there is no sleeping through the ungodly sounds this thing makes. It is loud, unpleasant, and increasingly frantic. I fell asleep downstairs on the couch and this wretched device STILL woke me up from upstairs in my bedroom. It is seriously impossible to ignore. I do have to move it out of arm's reach or else I will turn it off and go right back to sleep, but as long as I do that it has never failed to wake me up. I hate it so much and it's perfect. I do really enjoy the different color options for the numbers and the frame. The rainbow display is at least a little bit of consolation for having to be awake at 4 am every day.

Update. The seller contacted me directly and sent a replacement. Excellent customer service! Thank you for the replacement. We are very happy with it!Do not waste your money. Bought this for my daughter for her birthday at the end of October. It stopped working early December. Tried trouble shooting. No numbers come on, no lights come on. Just black. Tried a different cord, paper clip in the restart hole. Nothing.
