These work and these packs are for 16-20oz of water. Quick hydration. I found myself buying these often enough so much in the smaller packs it only made sense to but in bulk as it cost less per pack. Worth it

i give it a 4 because the product arrive damage, it not bad that got only one package has broken. they got to do much better with this expensive product.

I do a lot of training and hydration recovery is critical. I utilize several products but the fruit punch pedialyte sport is the best tasting hydration in my book. Hopefully it’ll go on sale again soon!

We put the whole box next to our front door. Both my wife and I like to grab 1 to 2 on our way out to use in our water bottles throughout the day. Its a great taste without some of the more harsh flavors you might find in sport drinks. And the packets are so darn convenient. They are tough enough not to burst in a bag and they tear pretty well. I haven't had one tear badly and spray everywhere yet. They are pretty big... which is good and bad. I sometimes come across old Ocean Spray drink powders in my backpack from who knows when. I am not likely to lose a Pedialyte any time soon. But that also means you can't simply slip one into a pocket or small hand bag.Lastly... its a lot. You need to know you want 80 packets of this stuff to want to buy this. Compared to 80 16oz Gatorades or Powerades the cost is a lot less and the size is way less. But unless you plan to drink 1 or 2 a day on a constant basis it might be an unreasonably large amount for the average user.

Pedialyte has a distinct mouth-feel and flavor that even their sports drinks can't get away from. It's unique, and sips well, but it's hard to drink a lot all at once. It has a lot of salt, and works well for rehydrating or for when your sick.The packets are large, and have a lot of powder inside. They mix and dissolve quickly and easily in a water bottle, but you'll have to sip some of the water out first to make room to shake.The price is very, very high for what this is, though (sugar, salts of different types, and flavoring)... We love these in our household. Between a kid that is sick a lot and guys that work in all weather, these have been good for everyone to be able to keep on hand.

To start, the side seals on my box were both broken. After counting the packets, I was short by two of the lemon lime flavor. That stinks, given that each packet runs about $1.32.The powder mixed easily with water in a glass and would work even better by shaking it in a water bottle.The taste was really good. No problems with bitterness or aftertaste. While there is sodium in this mix, I did not feel it was as strong as Gatorade.There is no fat or protein in this mix, just 10g of carbs, 1g of fiber and 7g of total sugars, which includes 7g of added sugars.These packets do have an expiration date on them. I received them in September 2023, and they expire on May 1, 2024.As for price, these packets seem expensive. That being said, once you calculate what you are actually getting, it’s a pretty good deal. It’s definitely better to buy this bulk box than smaller quantities.Overall, these packets are a convenient way to rehydrate and support your muscles.

We have a pretty constant supply of other sports mixes as we do a lot of outdoor activities. So, staying hydrated is important. I was hesitant at ordering the Pedialyte since my only experience with it in the past was for infants and toddlers. Well, this isn't the same stuff. This stuff is an excellent sport drink that tastes great, too!We've drank several of both flavors. I can't decide which is my favorite. I will say though that both flavors have a salty taste to them. This is fine. It's still plenty sweet enough to taste good despite the claim that it has much less sugar than other sport drinks. After a hard workout, I find that my body is craving the slightly salty taste and I just want to chug it.For rehydrating me, this seems to work equally, if not better, than other sport mixes I've used. We also use it to cure headaches on occasion.Overall, very happy with this. My only real complaint is the cost which is pretty steep. At over 1.00 per mix I have a hard time making sense of that when I can get scoop powder for about 1/10th the cost per drink. If this proves to be much better than the other then I can see that, but I doubt it's THAT much better.

there is a shortage of 2 packets....i counted the actual qty was 78 instead of 80.pl do some investigation as each packet is worth a few dollars
