Great for long Island iced teas
Ahoy, me hearties! Let me spin ye a yarn about Captain Morgan's Black Spiced Spirit with Caribbean Rum. This be the nectar of the gods! One swig of this liquid gold, and ye'll be ready to sail the seven seas or at least conquer the living room couch. The dark, rich flavor be smoother than a mermaid's kiss, with just the right amount of spice to make yer taste buds dance the jig. It's like the Captain himself reached into Davy Jones' locker and pulled out the finest grog known to man. The first time I tried it, I swear I heard a sea shanty playin' in the background. This rum pairs perfectly with cola, or if ye be a true pirate, straight from the bottle. And let me tell ye, it's got enough kick to make even Blackbeard blush. So, if ye be lookin' for a drink that'll put wind in yer sails and a smile on yer face, look no further than Captain Morgan's Black Spiced Spirit. Drink up, me hearties, yo ho!

Delicious dark spiced rum - so much better than their Spiced Gold
This is such a different rum to Captain Morgan Original Spiced Gold. Spiced Gold, to my palete is a vile, sickly sweet chemical concoction that is barely tolerable even with added Coke and ice. This "Black Spiced Spirit Drink" however is completely different and vastly superior. It has a complex and delicious flavour that is equally at home drunk over ice, or as a mixer such as with Coke and ice. It is not sickly sweet either. Also, this is 40% ABV, unlike Spiced Gold which is only 35% ABV. This feels like Captain Morgan's take on the Kraken Spiced if I'm honest but I actually prefer this to the Kraken. It has become my go-to spiced rum. Highly recommended.

美味しかった。ストレートでもロックでもコーラで割っても美味しかった。 甘い香りで、味もほんのり甘くて美味しいです。 濃いめの味なので、軽めのお酒が好きならきついと感じるかもしれません。 バニラやシナモンの甘い香りと味が濃くて、重くて甘めの酒好きならいいと思います。 40度なので飲みすぎには注意です。

普通のキャプテンモルガンとは違い、40度あるのでアルコールのツンとした風味が感じられます。そのためか、スパイスの甘い香りはやや控えめです。その替わり、こちらは直ぐに酔っぱらえるので少しずつ大切に飲めます。おやつ感から抜け出して、[甘くても立派なお酒]感が出ます。焦がした樽で熟成してあるので、少し香りはビターになっています。こっちの方がポリフェノールの溶け出す量が多いらしいです。
