Excellent stylus, works flawlessly
I use my iPad for note taking for classes and work. I now have 3 different pens, all in what I would consider the knock-off category. Every one of them is great, charges fast, functions without problems. I thought I would need more than one in case I was using it so much that the battery would die. That hasn't happened with any of them, but I'm not using the actual pen anywhere near as often as I thought I would. To be clear, I was taking a single 90 minute class, then using the iPad throughout my work day in place of paper or typed notes. I can easily go a couple of days without even thinking about a recharge. I can't compare this to an Apple brand stylus, maybe there would be a difference, although I kind of doubt it would be enough that I would notice it. This stylus pen works great with my iPad, feels great in my hand, and has given me zero issues. Price is so inexpensive that I have backups.

Great value for note taking
I had previously purchased the older version of this stylus and loved it. However once I had to replace the knibs I found out that the replacements were more expensive than buying a new stylus. I bought this one and given that I use my stylus and my iPad daily for taking notes it works extremely well. It attaches magnetically so I'm able to just drop my pen close to my iPad and I don't lose it. As well as the battery life seems to be pretty well. I have only charged it once and I use it daily and it has not died on me yet. All in all, I would recommend it based on the fact that I have previously purchased one and the price point is much better than an apple pencil. Keep in mind I only use this for taking notes and random coloring pages. I do not use it for sketching or intricate use

Fantastic alternative to an Apple Pencil
I’ll preface by saying I have an iPad Pro and a 2nd gen Apple Pencil… I am definitely partial to my pencil. It is a dream to use, & if you have the money, I will always recommend it first. That being said, for Christmas we decided to get my kids each a 9th gen iPad and stylus, as I homeschool and it takes a long time to do our schoolwork one at a time on my iPad. My goal is for them to each have their books on their iPads and simultaneously do their work. However, my kids are still young and easily distracted/clumsy, or simply don’t quite understand the true value of such items yet. Thus my search for a good alternative began. I spent a long time looking at all the options here; reading a ton of reviews. I wanted as close to my own pencil in every aspect as I could get, even down to the nib style. This does all of what it claims to do. I paired it with my iPad Pro to give it a try in the meantime, and it worked great. After reading the instructions, it was easy to get it connected. I don’t notice any lag, and all of the features seem to work perfectly. I should note that you cannot close out of apps using the stylus. (As you’ll see in my video.) Please excuse the sound machine in the background, but if you listen closely, you can also hear an ever so faint ‘scratching’ sound. I am hoping it’s simply the way I was holding it, but I will be keeping an eye on that for sure. I did check the screen, but I didn’t see any scratches thus far. That will quite possibly be a dealbreaker. Also, I do miss the pressure sensitivity, but it seems as though only the pencil is equipped with that feature. It does magnetize to the iPad as claimed, though possibly not quite as strongly as the pencil, but I’m really picking here. As far as a size and appearance comparison goes, I am happy to say they are nearly identical. (Apart from the obvious charge port and battery indicator, which is honestly a welcome feature.) This stylus is maybe a hair thicker than the pencil and only a little bit longer. It is also shaped just like the pencil in that it is rounded with one beveled side which is where it magnetizes to the iPad. The pencil, however, does have a slightly more substantial feel to it, but my kids won’t notice a difference. It came with a charge cable & 3 extra nibs, but it did not come with a charge port cover; which is disappointing, but they honestly would’ve lost them anyway. I hope this was helpful!! I tried to think of all the things that mattered to me when I was searching for hours. Bottom line… definitely worth the purchase! For my kids’ needs, it’s the Goldilocks. No, you’re obviously not getting an Apple quality stylus, but you are getting a very good alternative at a very good price point. If my opinion changes as they are used, I will be sure to update! UPDATE 10/24: They’ve worked very well for our needs thus far. I will say though, that the other day my son dropped his from counter height and it must have landed directly on the nib because it completely broke it open exposing the metal tip. Thankfully I had the replacement nibs! Just be aware that they seem to be very soft & this is a risk to watch for. Still happy with the pens overall though, and definitely still recommend them. Side note, now I need to make sure I can order new nibs when I run out of the provided replacements!

No dust cover, but otherwise perfect for the price
(Took off 1 star for no dust cover over charger) I love this pencil. I bought it to replace my old knockoff pencil which was so outdated it was a dupe of the first generation Apple Pencil. It holds an amazing charge and works wonderfully for me as a college student who takes all my notes on my iPad! I got it on sale for about ~10 bucks and it was a great deal for that, it carried me through the last few weeks of the semester (some of the busiest writing times) really well! It was very easy to set up with my iPad and it the writing speed is good, I can’t speak to it in comparison to the Apple version since I don’t own one but I don’t feel the need to spend that much money when this fits all my needs for a fraction of the price. I love that it came with extra pencil nibs, and it’s much comfier to writer with than my last pencil dupe. When very I first tested it out I had some issues with line-skips while writing, but quickly discovered that it doesn’t happen at all if I rest my hand on the screen while writing (which is my natural writhing position anyhow, especially as a lefty) overall, it’s great for the price, I just wish they’d have included a dust cover but luckily I just put it face down in my iPad case when I store it and I’ve had no issues with the charging port getting dirty so far because I do that. Fits perfect in both of my different iPad cases’ pencil slots.

Stylus review
It's awesome!! I love the magnetic aspect of it. Very compatible with my iPad 6. Also a great value for my money. I use it a lot since getting it. The touch sensitivity on it is perfect. The ease of the hold is exactly like holding a pen. The quality of the stylus is very high, definitely recommend it. The fit is also very good, fits nicely in my hand.

Bought for my daughter.
Works very well. The charge life lasts pretty long and charge pretty fast. Definitely worth the money. Very sensitive to the touch. Meaning if you’re not careful picking it up you could potentially shut it off. Connectivity is awesome. Didn’t have any issue connecting it to iPad or with it disconnecting without reason. Also like how it fits perfectly in the pen slot of iPad case.

Great budget alternative to the Apple Pencil
This is a really good Apple Pencil alternative for those on a budget. Many of the iPad Apple Pencil features are available with this one and it works through a tempered glass screen protector also. It will magnetize to the side of the iPad (although it will not charge that way) so it can be stowed away easily. It has a nice dust cover for the USB-C charging port and comes with extra tips and a short charging cable (USB-A to USB-C) All in all, this is definitely a must buy if you have an iPad that is compatible with it. One thing to note is that it won’t work on older iPads or on iPhones… there are some older generic Apple Pencil-like styluses out there that do work on any phone or tablet (simulating a finger touch), but this one uses the Apple Pencil technology so will only work on iPads that support them.

Perfect stylus!
The quality of this is the same as an Apple ipad pen. Great value for the price and the pressure sensitivity is wonderful for drawing! Love the color options as well!
