Perfect for Sleep
After trying many different earplugs I discovered Quies soft foam ear plugs. They're incredibly soft and small enough to fit inside the ear canal without any fuss. The best part of these is that they're small enough to fit past inside the ear far enough that they don't rub against pillows, sheets etc while sleeping. That was what I struggled with the most using earplugs for sleep.Great brand, worth testing if like me you need something to cancel out noise while sleeping.

Comfortable for small ears
These are the only ear plugs I find comfortable as my ear canals are so small. They stay put and I am fine wearing them all night
