DA29-00003G Samsung Aqua-Pure Replacement Filter - Seltino SSG-003

Great replacement for the original and a fraction of the cost. I would suggest running a few litres of water through it initially though as you do get a bit of a tinge to the water on first install, but I would expect this.

Disappointed. Fitted thebitem and my fridge does not recognise it as it's still showing a warning sign that the filter needs changing

Water tastes great... And a quarter of the price of the branded Samsung filter... Less than 1 minute to fit in... Will defo buy again

Instead of paying £60 odd quid just invest in this. It's just like the original and also last 6 months in your fridge

I was trying to by a replacement filter for my Samsung fridge which takes da-29-00003f filters and kept getting sent the g fitting which does not fit as the attachment on the neck of the filter is a different shape. It was very frustrating keeping get the wrong filter so when I was offered a trial of one of these instead I was happy to take up the offer. I've been using the filter about a month now and the only difference I can tell from the Samsung own brand ones (which I have been unable to find anywhere) is that is was slightly more difficult to fit. It is stiffer to get in the socket but it does fit. Taste wise it seems the same no idea about how it operates on a scientific level but water tastes just like it did with a Samsung model.In the future if I can find the Samsung filters in the f fitting if buy them again just because intend to buy whatever the recommended part is but if I can't I think these are a good substitute and I would happily get them again.
