I'm on a mission to eliminate as much plastic as I can from my kitchen. I'd purchased a larger version of these smaller pitchers which holds 40 oz/5 cups. It came with a superior top which can lock down and seal the opening so that no air or refrigerator smells can get in or out. That top is bright blue, made of much sturdier plastic and has what looks like a silicon seal around the edge of the top that is snug against the inside neck of the pitcher. Quite disappointed the new little ones don't have this feature. Their tops are obviously made of flimsier, white plastic, no inner seal, and can slide around too easily when aligning the notch in the lid to the spout for easier pouring, but honestly I just pop it off to pour as they do not have the same snug, tight fit and it would be easy for the lid to come off into a mug, onto the counter. or the table. Still, they are a great size and I'm happy to have them. The description says they hold 17 oz., each, however they easily take 24 oz., or 3 cups which is just what I wanted to store my morning batch of tea or coffee for the day. They can also handle boiling water. Their squarish shape allows them to easily fit inside the refrigerator door shelves and the handles are like the container, Pyrex quality glass and designed to easily clear the front edges of the door shelves. They are easy to handle, easy to grasp, easily fit my hand. Still annoyed about the downgraded lids, but since I won't be storing my beverages more a day, I'm hoping the flimsy lids won't be that big an issue. I inadvertently added a fifth star to this review. Because of the cheap lids, it really should be 4 stars but now I can't change it without having to rewrite this review. Apologies fellow shoppers. The glass pitchers really are a great buy, just wanted to make you aware of what could be an issue for some of you.

Love these. Bought them to put my canned cocunt milk in. They are nice quality

Pitchers seem fairly well made and are right size for coffee creamer. Like the strong handle and overall build. One glaring fault is the spout. It drips and must be wiped off after each use. If not for that, it would have been a five star rating. Would buy again in spite of defect.

this fits perfectly into small places in the refrigerator. I can take the remainder of the gallon container of milk and put it into this great glass pitcher and free up frig space. The dishwasher gets it super clean. these are hard to find so if you need a small container, this is the one for you.

Perfect size for juicing

Nice thick Glass. Easy to take off/put on lid. Pours without dripping. Just what I was looking for.

It's just the right size.
