This are really good for the money. I have been using them on oak with a pillar drill - they cut nicely and are still going strong. I use them daily and have been using for over a month now. At this price you can’t go wrong. Each one comes in it’s own plastic storage pot. I have no hesitation in recommending.

All the bits cut very well, leaving nice clean holes as described. Would say though, that the bigger bits (50mm up) are better for table/steady drills instead of a hand drill as the more surface it has to cut on, the harder it gets to maintain the drill from 'jumping'. No wear and tear so far, also a plus!

I'm drilling wood daily and I needed a 60mm hole through fibre glass and wood to fit a prop tube so was a bit concerned these may be not up to the job.They cut through like butter and the quality for the price is brilliant I dont know how they make them for the price highly recommended.

Used the 60 mm bit on hardwood, center point moved so much that it was unusable for the task i wanted to do. Maybe ok for chipboard and kitchen units, but no good for the job i wanted to do

I needed a larger sized Forstner bit to make tealight sized holes; the sets available in the shops mostly don't go bigger than 35mm. Having looked at buying one 40mm bit, I saw this set for just a couple of pounds more and decided to give it a try.Each bit comes in its own plastic box. It would be helpful if the size was shown on the box but 2 minutes with a permanent marker solved that and made it easy to get the right bit off the shelf every time.So far I've only used the 40mm bit, but it cut a fast, clean hole in seconds. I'd recommend only using them in an electric drill though, I did a test cut with a cordless and the quality was nowhere near as good.

Not the sharpest forstner bits ever bought, but did well enough with cutting into hardwood - good value for money and pretty accurate cutters.

i brought these to use with a wood lathe and have used the biggest sized bit only so far - used on very hard 50 year old oak and it cuts quickly , very cleanly and very well . only issue they are quite short , did buy an extension bar but some have hex ends and some have larger round stock ends .. so the extension bar won't fit the bigger ones which is a bit annoying . they do what they are designed to do very well

Ich war skeptisch, da hier ein Satz aus 6 Forstnerbohrern für erstaunlich wenig Geld angeboten wird. Besonders beeindruckend sind die Hartmetalleinsätze die diese Bohrer extrem aufwerten. Einziger Nachteil aus meiner Sicht sind die etwas sehr kurzen Zentrierspitzen. Gute Bohrungen sind nur möglich wenn die Spitze ausreichend tief im Holz ist bevor die eigentlichen Hartmetallschneiden greifen, da die auftretenden Querkräfte (wenn erst nur eine Schneide greift) eigentlich von der Spitze aufgenommen werden sollen.Ich selbst verwende diese Bohrer mit einer entsprechend starken Bohrmaschine zum Entfernen der Reststümpfe von gefällten Bäumen. Ich setze dabei dicht Loch neben Loch ohne aber die Löcher zu überschneiden. Was übrig bleibt zersetzt sich relativ schnell da in den Löchern das Wasser stehen bleibt.Fazit: Unschlagbares Preis-Leistungsverhältnis

E' un set molto completo: le frese vanno da 5 millimetri a 5 millimetri da 30/35/40/45/50/ fino a 60mm.Sono perfette su trapani a colonna, ma possono essere utilizzate anche con qualsiasi trapano tradizionale e volendo anche con avvitatori di buona potenza.Il taglio è netto e pulito e le frese si comportano molto bene. Probabilmente non sono un prodotto da professionista, ma per un uso hobbistico sono ottime.Arrivano in una scatola di cartone che contiene tutte le punte, protette singolarmente con un astuccio richiudibile in plastica rossa.Sono molto affilate e producono un foro molto pulito e rifinito. Sminuzzano il legno formando molti trucioli, come quelli prodotti da un temperamatite. Perfette per tutte le situazioni in cui bisogna realizzare uno svaso circolare senza forare il legno da parte a parte (un classico utilizzo è quello per creare lo svaso in cui mettere le cerniere di un'anta).Possono ovviamente essere utilizzate anche per forare il legno da parte a parte senza problemi.Un buon prodotto, ben realizzato e dal prezzo contenuto. Spero che durino nel tempo.
