I would hope that a replacement part would leave me with an extremely solid feel on the column gear selector. This is much better than the worn out unit I had but it still isn’t great.

After installing . My truck wouldn't go lower than 3rd gear. Cable was adjusted all the way and it still wouldn't go to 1st or 2nd. After some wasted time and modifications I got it to go to 2nd. Them I gave up. Terrible product. 2000 c3500 gmt400

Cannot say much just had it put in seems to be working fine.

The description didn’t say it fit Buicks. But it turned out to be a drop in replacement for the old one. Works just fine.
