At first I was a little skeptical because the packaging is in Chinese... But my daughter has had a blast playing with this toy. It is not electronic but it does have a mechanism inside that jingles when she plays with it. She really likes that. I like it because it isn't annoying like toys with electronic noises. It keeps my daughter happy for long periods of time so I definitely would recommend it to anyone with a baby.

Our little boy gets intrigued by the gentle sound it makes when it rocks back and forth. nice little toy for him to play with. cant wait for him to learn how to stack it up correctly, right now he just takes the rings off and puts them back how ever he pleases.

VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!! Toy was dirty and appeared used. Did nothing not play music like it was supposed to. Words on the box were in Chinese :(. Reviews are definitely bogus.

I bought this for a friend of mine's daughter for her 1st birthday. She loves it, plays with it all of the time. The sounds makes her laugh. I would definitely buy from again.

Our twins really enjoy this toy. One reviewer said their toy was dirty and appeared used. Ours did not, but like any new plastic product we buy for our children, we washed it before we gave it to them. One thing to note about the description: it does say it plays “music.” That said, it’s more of a jingle sound and not a melody. It’s more of a noise maker than a musics player persay. The box did have Chinese language written on it, but that doesn’t change the performance of the product any. Overall we like the product.

My baby is still pretty small but she loves this. She especially likes the chiming noise and the fact the it moves somewhat similarly to a dreidel. Cannot way for her to play with the circles and arrange them.

Helpful educational toy to help my wee one develop coordination and processing skills.
