Great craft bags
Great bags, high quality and worked perfectly as a beach themed birthday party craft with acrylic paint markers/stencils.*Make sure to put a piece of cardboard in the bag if you plan on painting them to keep paint from bleeding thru :)

Nice tote bag
These bags were just what I wanted. I plan to embroider them to give as gifts. They are well made. I like that they are lightweight so can folded and carried to use when shopping.

EXTREMELY thin for a tote bag
It’s like a thick-ish cotton shirt. Never seen a tote bag so thin. But it is functional for light duty things. I needed them just to hold random things every now and again. NOT for fashion. NOT for shopping.

Look great went painted
My daughter wanted to have a craft for her birthday, and these bags were a hit. The girls painted them and they turned out fantastic. The natural color was perfect for let the paint stand out. Not sure how a darker color would have done. We'll see how the bags hold up over time, but for the price, you can't beat it.

Remember, they're cotton and will wrinkle like crazy when you wash them.

Will shrink if washed.
They shrink a lot. I washed 3 of them and they shrunk like 25%. I didn't put them in the dryer. If you're doing a heat transfer they're fine. Like gremlins, don't get them wet!

Perfect for tie-dye project
Purchased these cloth tote bags for a 4th grade tie-dye school project and they were a hit! I researched bags to use for this project and these were the most affordable and durable looking so I grabbed them because I had 76 students for this project. I have to say that almost every single one of the kids bag came out awesome!Durability wise, I was a little concerned at first because these bags were going to be used by little ones but they all held up. I only had a problem with one of the kids bags. I noticed that when I was rinsing the dye off the bag that there was a tiny rip at the seam but I was able to quickly sow the rip easily with bag inside out. I probably could have just left the bag the way it was but I didn’t want to chance the rip getting bigger on the child. I also think that ai might have cause the seam to rip a little when I was rinsing the dye off the bags and twisting them to drain that water from them. So I would just be careful when rinsing these bags since they can’t it’s not recommended to put them in the dryer just to be safe. For the bag color…I would have preferred to have purchased the bags in the white color but the white wasn’t available in the quantity that I needed. So instead, I went with the beige/natural color instead. At first, I was concerned that the beige might be too dark for the tie-dye but it wasn’t at all. However, what I wasn't a fan about when it came to the beige/natural. Was that all of the bags looked like they had little brownish bugs on them when I first opened the boxes. Come to find out that what I thought might be “bugs” ended up just being the darker natural fibers showing on the bags. However, because the bags were being used for a tie-dye project. I did rinse all the bags before having the kids tie-dye them. So when I rinsed them I did try to get as many of those darker fibers off the bags just to be safe. You will see that I included both a photo of the beige bag I purchased so you can see what the color looks like next to a plan white piece of paper to help buyers if they are also concerned with the two color differences. As you can see in the photos of the finished bags hanging on the rack drying. The bags do get pretty wrinkled once they are rinsed. The manufacture of these bags actually recommends that you don’t rinse or wash these bags unless it’s absolutely necessary. However, since I needed to rinse the dye off the bags I didn’t really have a choice so they needed to be rinsed (twice). Because I’m a perfectionist I ended up ironing all the bags after they dried to get all the wrinkles out. This was obviously not necessary, but since I was giving the bags to the kids. I wanted all the bags to look perfect and brand new when I delivered them back to them at school. Which they absolutely did.! They all looked perfect and I even put little ribbons and name tags on them so each bag looked like a little gift for each student.Overall I was really happy with these bags for this tie-dye project. My son and his friends have been using them all summer for just about everything from sleepovers, beach bags, and play dates to carry toys park sports equipment. I even used my sons bag for a grocery shopping once. And I didn’t have a problem at all with the bag carrying some pretty heavy groceries. It’s the perfect take a long bag. Good luck!
