I first became interested in saffron because of its many benefits. I was so happy to find this one, due to its purported helpfulness to mood and fat loss. I like these much better than brands I've tried in the past. Good size and easy to swallow.

So far so good! They are fairly large sized and do have a dusty taste as you take them but no lingering taste. Only been taking them for a few days and haven’t noticed any changes yet, will come back in a month for an updated review.

I've been looking for a quality saffron supplement and this one is free of the additives I see in most other products. Happy to have found this one on Amazon!

The product works well. It is long-lasting and gives me sustained energy. There is a lot in the bottle. It last long, especially if you only take one a day, which works for me.
