Point blank this product does what it's advertised to do, it will give you a decent 2 inch boost in height, though they are not very comfortable. You do get used to it however, at least I did eventually. I've always been a little self-conscious of my short 5'6 stature so I would definitely consider these a must-buy if you have a similar issue. The only other little flaw it has, besides the discomfort, would be the annoying squeak sound they make when you walk in them. Doesn't seem to be any immediate way to get rid of the sound either, but it's not that big of a deal I suppose.

2.5 not 2.75. Worked out for the best though, as is they barely fit in my shoes. They do the job and also make nice padding, but you better have oversized shoes and be willing to learn to walk with these. Not a slight on the product but a general issue when filling up more then half your shoe lol.

Honestly got these as a gag for a short friend but they seem sturdy and exactly as described. Would def give a height boost.

I got them cause i wear a brace on one foot so i needed to balance the other side so they would be equal

They're a little uncomfortable - the texture of them, more than the height. Other than that, though, I've no complaints.

Very useful and work great in mules (kept losing them when I walked). Comfortable.

This product is the best, I wish I knew about this shoe lift. Since I had an ankle fusion and lost 1” of my right leg it makes it so easy to walk correctly. I’ll be buying this product again.
