Clean it out after using!!
Works great. The main thing about this is you have to clean it every time after you use it. Don’t let the nasty water sit. The smell is terrible if you don’t clean it right after you use it. My grandchildren used mine and didn’t clean it, the smell was awful and there was mold. So clean it after every use!!

Household Necessity
This self propelled is very durable, picks up pet hair, easy to maneuver and functions better than expected. The self cleaning g ability is a plus. Gave one to a relative as house warming gift because of how well it works

Great for puppy puddle cleaning and multi floors
This vacuum has saved my sanity when our new puppy came home. All of the puddles were so easy to clean up and toss away. Just remember to empty it and self clean frequently. I love that you can change the water cleaning solution for something bathroom related or something hard floor very easily. It's not nearly as noisy as a regular vacuum but the cleaning cycle is noisy.

STAY AWAY! THIS KEEPS SHUTTING DOWN AFTER A MONTH!
I wish I could give this 0 stars. It worked great for about a month, now it won't stay powered on! I only have this a very short time. I have a large house with all hardwood & tile. I was a little annoyed that the canisters for the clean & dirty were weren't very large, but chalked it up to 6,000 sq ft of house. I do not use this every day as my primary cleaning appliance BUT now when I do, it shuts down after about 3 minutes of use & every time I try to turn it back on it shuts down as soon as my finger is off the power button. I should've known better to stick with Bissell products . I have 2 Siberian Huskies, a great Dane, 4 cats & 2 ferrets. WHEN it worked, it DID pick up the hair etc, but I need an appliance I can DEPEND ON to power up & STAY ON when I need it! When my husband just spilled water at 1am & I tried to use this Eureka to quickly mop it up & it kept shutting down, THATS NOT DEPENDABLE! I had to go get my mop & bucket, fill it up & clean the floor. I will be returning this tomorrow after a call to Amazon!

Pretty good!
This is a nice purchase. Just what I needed with a toddler running around. The only problem I had with it is it was supposed to come with some of the cleaning solution and mine did not.

Great product! The only complaint I have is the time it takes A LONG TIME to recharge the battery. (5 plus hours).

Eureka mop vac
I really wanted to leave a good review about this mop vac but with the poor customer service I've had it has been a nightmare. I recently had a shoulder replacement surgery so I'm very limited on what I can do with that arm. I can't sweep and mop with my arm like it is so I purchased the Eureka mop vac to make my life easier. It started off working great. I could easily clean my floors with my one good arm. It was so helpful being able to do the work of sweeping and mopping with my one arm. The convenience of having a mop vac was fantastic. I chose this particular one because of the reviews, and it was in my price range. After 2 months, it stopped working. It no longer powers up. I sent customer service a message and they kindly responded. They asked me to send a pic of the of the invoice and model number. They also wanted my name and address. I did all that. Apparently they didn't get it because I had to send it a few more times. After a week of emailing back and forth I gave customer service a call. Again I was told to email that information so I sent it all again. Then I was told to send a picture of the mop vac. I did and I repeatedly got emails saying they were waiting on me to send the picture of the mop vac. I ended up sending it 3 times. That's when I decided to give them another call. Now it's been 2 weeks since I originally reached out to them through email and a phone call to customer service. This time the lady in customer service said she was going to put in a refund request. She said it will take 2 days for approval and then 10 to 14 days to process it. That means I've already waited 2 weeks emailing and calling customer service for help. Then it will take another 2 weeks to be approved and processed. Therefore I'll be waiting a month or longer in all to get some help with the mop vac that only lasted 2 months. Then after I finally get the refund I'll have to order one, wait till the new one comes in, and then after all of that wasted time I'll be able to clean my floors in my own again. In the meantime, I can't clean my own floors so I have to pay someone to do the sweeping and mopping for me. I can't buy another one because my money is tied up in a mop vac that only lasted 2 months. Then when I do finally do get the refund I'll have to choose a different one and wait for it to come in. That's a lot of wasted time. That's ridiculous and inconsiderate because I have repeatedly told them my circumstances. Personally I would have been perfectly satisfied if when I reached out for help with this matter the first time that they would have sent me a replacement. Then I wouldn't have had to wait for over a month for results. I would be cleaning my floors again with a new Eureka mop vac. Now I'm just playing the waiting game to get a refund to buy another. I'm so disappointed in this whole experience. I wouldn't buy this product again. I understand that some products are just defective in some way. The product starts out good and fails. It's the customer service that is horrible. There is no compassion or consideration. If there was, I wouldn't be waiting for over a month all together to have something done about this issue. I would have been cleaning my floors on my a long time ago. Ridiculous! I'm livid from dealing with the Eureka customer service
