I have very sensitive skin, and using eye makeup remover can be a painful process. So, I love this. Zero irritation, great ingredients, and removed GLITTER (and mascara) with one swipe. I dunno if you guys have that issue, but I always end up with stray glitter (the few times I use it) but not here! The directions are a bit different than what I've seen-let the soaked cotton sit on your eye for 15 seconds before swiping off-but YES! The glitter I used this time was CHUNKY, but had to test it. I thought I'd be cleaning it off for the whole day, but NO. ONE SWIPE-with shadow and liner.Is it pricey? Sure, but a little goes a long way, it's great for sensitive skin, and it WORKS, so I'm not mad at $15.20 (sale price at time of review) and I find the size perfect. Highly recommend for my sensitive sisters!

This review is for: Neugen Makeup Remover.My wife says, “This does remove mascara, but it takes more effort and time than a typical makeup remover. It works great for other make-up like eyebrow powder, eye shadow, and foundation. I think the value is lacking compared to other products because it’s a smaller bottle at a higher price. This would be fine if it were super effective. But, it takes more of this than typical eye makeup remover because it isn’t as effective. I will finish using this bottle, but I don’t plan to purchase this again.”

I used this on my most difficult to remove mascara. This mascara is so difficult to remove that no matter what I have used, I still have some left over. This took it right off with no effort whatsoever, no rubbing, no soaking time, no trying to get the rest. This just dissolved it and it disappeared. It really is remarkable. It doesn't have any scent that I can detect. I had no irritation and the product itself washed off well. I did have a difficult time getting it to come out of the bottle, I really had to shake it. I think it is great, but for the price, the bottle is way too small, I could not justify buying it again. I will definitely save it for only difficult makeup removals.

Apparently this eye makeup remover was made to remove a specific mascara this brand makes, however it is also an eye makeup remover. I will start this review by saying when I received this bottle it was way smaller than I expected it to be. It is the size of a travel sized container. The good part is that it only takes a very small amount of product to work. A little goes a long way. Directions say to apply to a cotton round and hold to the eye for 10 seconds to remove eye makeup. This remover did an excellent job of quickly and effectively removing my shadow, eyeliner and waterproof mascara. Most was removed with just one pass. It should be noted that this eye makeup remover does contain an oil so if you have oily skin you may not like this. Also it is pricey for what you get.I personally wouldn’t buy it again but it does work well.

This Neogen eye makeup remover is amazing! I wear a waterproof Japanese mascara that typically only comes off when I use the specific remover from that brand. This took it off in a flash. I barely even needed any - just a dime-sized bit on a cotton round. It says to hold on your eyelid for 10 seconds but I held it for two or three, then in a couple gentle swipes all my mascara and eyeliner were gone. I didn't need to rub much at all. This is well worth the price since you don't need much at all. Highly recommended!

This product is just not for me. It did remove my eye makeup very well but apparently a little got in my eyes and left an oily film on my eyeballs for several hours. I also didn’t like the bottle. I felt like I had to squeeze the product out but couldn’t tell how much was coming out. It was really odd. I’ll be sticking with my tried and true remover.

Effective at removing most eye make up quickly, but leaves behind mascara.

I’ve been using this to remove eyeliner and mascara before washing my face. I use eyelash primer before mascara and it provides excellent staying power, so needs good remover to actually get it off at night. After I dab some of this onto a cloth wipe, a few swipes gets a majority of my black makeup off! Sometimes I need a few extra swipes, but this works really well for my eyes as opposed to general makeup remover liquid.
