Compressed Air Line Kit

The media could not be loaded. It was packaged very well. Cheaper than my tool guy offers. I don’t regret the buy. It came with everything I needed!

After installing, I had a defective outlet port. (it leaks) not allowed to contact seller direct and no support from Amazon. They said I had to return complete item for refund. I had already installed it. I like the product, but no support.

Opening the box, the fittings were strewn all over the box, out of their bags. Supplied screws break with minimal effort. NPT threads seem to be machined undersized because they about bottom out before sealing on the threads like they are designed.

Well worth the it for air in the garage or shop. No leaks, easy to form to what you want. Great product

Everything was there. Installed easily

The manifolds with this set have a hole on the backside for versatility. They also include plugs for these holes should you not use them. The problem with the plugs is that they have no head or shoulder and when you attempt to tighten them, they just turn all the way through the manifold. No way “as is” to stop them from leaking air.

This kit makes adding a three drop compressed air system a lot easier than using hard piping.(I had originally considered using copper pipe in my shop, this system offers a better option.)The 3/4" smooth wall tubing allows for a large volume of air, which should be suitable for most shop environments. The kit comes with 100 feet of a sturdy and robust Aluminum/HDPE tubing. The tubing has an aluminum core with a seamless HDPE plastic coating on both the inside and outside. This provides a smooth interior surface that should be corrosion free for the life of the system, making this a far better solution that using metal pipe, especially galvanized pipe, which tends to corrode and cause issues due to the galvanization flaking off. Black pipe is a poor choice due to rust, stainless steel pipe is expensive and PVC pipe is totally unacceptable due to the inherent safety issues. This tubing has none of those issues.The kit comes with stainless steel compression fittings that connect the tubing to the machined aluminum ports. You get two "T" compression fittings, two 90 degree elbow compression fittings, three machined aluminum ports, three port compression fittings and a 3/4" NPT compression fitting for connecting the tubing to your compressed air supply. In addition, you get a drain valve for each of the ports and a bunch of plastic clamps to secure the tubing to the wall. A plastic "Y" tool is included to ream the tubing back into shape after being cut by the included cutter. (It is best to use the cutter provided and slice the tube rather than sawing it, so as not to generate any metal dust or debris inside the tube.)The tubing can be shaped to go around corners or obstacles, it is stiff and will hold its shape well, getting a tight radius is though, hence the need for the two 90 degree elbows that are included.This kit provides everything you need for three compressed air drops, it is versatile enough to be tailored to almost any situation, you can feed it from one end, or anywhere in-between, as shown in the listing.There are a few things I feel are worth mentioning. First, the aluminum ports are nicely machined, however, I found some metal shavings left over from machining in each of them. To avoid contamination of the compressed air system, these should be inspected and any shavings removed prior to installation. Second, the tubing comes with open ends, which means there could be all kinds of things inside. It is advisable to blow out the full length of tubing prior to installation, and then to blow out and thoroughly inspect each section of tubing once cut, prior to connecting it to the system. This little bit of extra effort will ensure the system is not contaminated. If a good quality filter/water separator is installed at the interconnect of the tubing, this compressed air system should remain free of contaminants for the life of the system.Speaking of interconnect, as I mentioned, the kit is designed to be fed via a 3/4" NPT fitting. Which is good news for me as the main line from my compressor is 1" in diameter. The 3/4" diameter of this system makes an excellent backbone system for shop air. It is perfect for operating high volume devices like my sand blaster cabinet, or powering multiple air tools at the same time.Bottom line: This kit makes installing a professional grade compressed air system simple. If installed properly, the system should provide a high volume of clean, contamination free compressed air. This is far superior and less costly than any hard pipe system, with the added benefit of being completely corrosion proof. This entire system was less than half the cost of using 3/4" copper pipe, while yielding superior results. I consider this a very good value , another great Amazon find, - 5 stars.

I need 2 of the items in the picture. Also, I do not have the 3 brass plugs which I will need as well.
