First I bought this Anker power bank for myself, I love it because it is small, very light, no cord, just plug in and the power is enough for a day. Because I’m very happy with it, my son and his friend each bought too. After using almost daily for over a year, it stopped working. I ordered another one right away because I could not find anything better. It came the next day, very impressive!! In the meantime, I claimed defective with the non-working one. Luckily it is still under warranty,. In a few days , after claiming the defect one, Anker sent me the replacement. Very fast!! It is essential for me to carry this Anker power bank everyday. So I will keep the new one I ordered and the replacement as a backup too.

Soooo, I’ve had this for literally years! It’s super sturdy and compact. It charges somewhat quickly. It’s not heavy and it’s very aesthetically pleasing. The device itself might get warm while charging your phone. It also takes a while to charge the device, but I can get about a whole phone charge and a half out of it!

I have always stood by Anker. Have two other power banks that throughout the last 4 years saved my butt while out camping. Naturally, I bought this one for my girlfriend who bc of work often runs out of battery and does not have access to a power outlet. She loved the size and color and having the extra battery available. Functionality is top tier as when plugged into the phone you can barely feel the weight and size and will fully charge her phone. However, after 5 months, it just stopped working. Just like other reviews mentioned it. It is fully charged but does not charge a phone anymore. I suspect it must be related to the charging port having to rotate to operate instead of being fixed. Anyways, I would've given it 5 stars if it wasn't because the Durability was definitely not up to par. Hopefully, it is just a product problem and not a brand quality problem.

Bought 3 of these as Christmas gifts and one of them is dead already. They worked great and my wife and kids loved how small they were and so easy to carry them around and charge their phones instantaneously. This week, one of them went dead. Doesn't charge, doesn't light up. Its just a paper weight. I tried to contact Anker warranty support and filed a claim online. They were very fast in responding back to my claim submission but stalling and dragging the process out asking me for the same information again and again even after submitting everything( pictures, Proof of purchase, details of troubleshooting and what not). I am currently on my 4th email response back to them and curious to see where this goes. I have used several Anker products and always been satisfied with their quality. For such a small price tag item, I wish Anker just sends a new item without all this hassle of going back and forth. It probably costs them a buck to make it in china and are selling it 20x more. Lets see how this warranty claim goes. In the meantime, I already ordered a new one for my son. Hopefully if they replace the broken one, we can use it as a spare charger.

LOVED this GREEN color one in the past !! Generally speaking, I’ve had this VERY convenient portable Anker charger for YEARS already & it’s GREAT/sticking with it !! Charging all dead iPhone FULLY, ONCE, then it needs to be charged itself, it’s 1 time use, nobody’s promising it’s multiple use as far as I know.. don’t remember what happened to this CUTE GREEN one so then I got the black one again in target (🎯 only has black ones 🥺) & want to advise that IF this convenient lil ‘charging head’ goes bad from too much using in the big city, DONT THROW AWAY the battery but REALIZE that as long as it’s charging well itself with its wire, you can always use that wire to connect the battery to your phone/charge your phone like that & NOT just throw away the good battery bc its tiny head went bad! (did that to the previous black one w/o using my head..🫥) and well, it would be great if company makes those tiny heads a lil STRONGER, too to really last a looong time along w/ the battery but other than that, GREAT, elegant design, convenient fast-charging for its price !!

Update: Anker reached out to me and stood by their product. They sent out a new charger, which works well and as advertised. It’s light weight and small enough to fit in a purse or a pocket. I have only used it for a few weeks, but it works well. Purchased this in October for a Christmas gift, and it worked for a day and now it isn’t charging the devices, although it shows 4 lights indicating the charger itself is fully charged. Sadly, it’s past the return date. Was really hoping it would work as it is a small size and fits in a purse. Will look elsewhere for a small charger.

Loved the compact size and ease of using this battery backup without cords. I’ve had it for 1.5 years and probably used it 10 times total. I charge it occasionally to keep it ready as needed. Last time I noticed it didn’t fully charge. Today when I needed it, it stopped working while only charging my phone about 50%. Expected an Anker product to last much longer…
