This is EXCELLENT! I absolutely LOVE IT! Is light weight, functions extremely well, comfortable, the perfect circulation. Cancel your gym membership and buy yourself one immediately! It’s well worth it! I tried it for one minute on just my arms and was itching instantly. It does everything with less than half the effort. And if your a mom of multiples like myself just 10 minutes gives you everything you need, even mentally. 10/10

I use it almost every day for 10–15 minutes while I drink my coffee or scroll my phone. It's easy to use (comes with a remote), doesn’t take up a lot of space, and it’s surprisingly quiet.After a few days, I’ve noticed less swelling in my legs, better energy, and it even helps me wind down after a long day. I've only used it twice so far. It is powerful and I can feel it throughout my body. It will get your blood circulating. So far happy with it.

For so long I have been overweight and trying different things to help me lose weight. I did my research and although the price was a little high, I decided to purchase the vibration plate. I started using it immediately, a few times a day for 10 minute sessions. I ate as normal. After 10 days, yes 10 days I didn't drop weight but what I did notice was my cottage cheese legs were gone and my skin was smooth. I noticed in the areas of my body where my fat was stored there were no longer lumpy fat deposits and I even began to develop tone I'm my legs. Even my husband commented on how smooth my legs looked and felt.After 14 days I did began to lose a couple pounds. I am 17 days in and I am overjoyed by the results I'm seeing. So for anyone who is struggling to buy this machine, I say do it. If you can not afford to do so wait for it to go one sale or save up for it. It is completely worth it. I have recommended this machine to all my family and friends. 3 of them have already purchased it. The way it works is as we gain weight the fat cells begin to get larger and larger. The vibration plate breaks down those fat cells so you body can more easily dispose of them. The machine is nice and sturdy and has various settings. The LED screen is easy to read. Don't hesitate, you won't regret it. I never write product reviews but this machine works so well everyone should own one. If I could afford it I would give all my family members one for Christmas, yes it is that good. Don't believe me then go do your own research. I am in love and grateful I got it. I don't know how it will hold up over time but I sure will let you know if I have any issues in the future.

Ordered on Prime Day. Fantastic! I opened and got to use immediately. No tricky setup and easy instructions. Has multiple programs or manual options. Feels amazing on my joints and muscles. Highly recommend!

I am in love with my vibration plate. I bought this at the recommendation of a friend who had chronic pain. Although I don’t suffer from chronic pain, I had heard about the benefits of the vibration plates/boards. Specifically it has been great for lymphatic drainage. I had a marked improvement in the swelling in my lower legs. In addition, the improvement in circulation has been fantastic. There’s also a marked improvement in my balance which is so important. Each time I use it (and I do daily!), I finish feeling completely invigorated. I have added 3 lb. had weights to my workout. I love that the vibration levels allow you to start small and move up as you feel comfortable. I look forward to using this every day.

Seems to be good quality. Not sure it actually works as far as building muscle and helping with weight loss but kind of fun to use.
