Great texture, easy to use
These noodles were surprisingly good! You have to add your flavors, they are plain on their own, but the texture was great and they are easy to use.

Grade for diabetics
Little to no taste. Great for spaghetti, or anything you use pasta in. The consistency is a little chewier than a regular pasta noodle. But when you're trying to watch your carbs it's doable.

Versatile & Easy to Use
I'm a noodles lover so I was excited to try these for a low carb option. They have been exactly what I'd hoped for! They mix so well with so many flavors & foods that are also low carb. I have had them with salmon, with salads with my favorite low carb veggies like mushrooms & avocado. I added garlic olive oil black pepper & turmeric for some amazing spiciness. The sky's the limit as to how you can use them in keto sauces, soups etc. I've yet to try them with shrimp but I'm sure they will be delicious. They come in a clear bag (6 in box) with liquid that you just empty into a colander (those handled mesh ones are perfect) & drain the liquid then rince under water from faucet. So simple & ready to go! Go crazy with your flavors & keto foods, it'll be delightful.

Great keto noodles!!!
I've tried a number of brands of shirataki noodles, and these might be my favorite. There's no weird odor and they are flavorless, so they take on the taste of whatever they are cooked in. I use them in soups, cold salads, and stir fry as well as with pasta sauce. I find the lengthof the noodles to be quite long and often give them a snip with scissors before cooking. Two thumbs up!

This is a no.
I tried to eat these several ways and they were just awful. The smell of the liquid is near impossible to rinse away and they are very difficult to chew. Texture is something like chicken tendons, not tenders, actually like tendons you accidentally find in chicken and they're awful.

Great!
Compared to the others I tried it is as good as the others BUT bigger size packets and to compare the price to the others it was the cheapest. Comes in a package with some fluid you have to drain. This comes with the original fluid that had that fishy smell but it goes away with rinsing well and once cooked .. You have to cook it with some sauce of whatever kind and let it simmer so it makes the texture closest to the real spaghetti w/o the calories. I cook it with asian mix of sauce a little teriyaki and some soy sauce after I let it sauté it out with some pam spray in a sauce pan till all the fluid is dried. Add whatever sauce you like and let it simmer for some time. Put your meat or veggies or whatever mix it and you have a pack that is filling unlike the others that are is dismal in size like skinny pasta where I have to open 2 packs to get a filling portion for one person. I placed this on subscription cause after trying them all.. the difference is big in price and quantity you get w/o sacrificing quality or calories. So it has the original fishy liquid in the package, so what, it disappears once you rinse and saute/ simmer it. Loved it!

Not the best Konjac
Some Konjac is nice and soft and is similar to real noodles, some is like eating a bag of straws. This stuff is definitely the latter, like eating plastic!
