Good for the money
Took me an hour or two to assemble, but I did it myself and I'm a non-athletic 50+ year old woman. I use my bike almost everyday. It works well, although it does take getting used to the display and programs. I've paired it with my smart watch using bluetooth on multiple occasions, but honestly it doesn't always work as I don't remember how to do it so when it does work, it's a fluke. Could be easier in that respect. Also, it took awhile to understand how to finish the workout and have the bike stop beeping. I did deal with customer service as the internal workings of the pedals were causing a clicking noise all throughout my workouts. They made a suggestion on how to fix it. The service rep was very nice and helpful. However, when I tried to add the product to the internal area, I couldn't access the area because I couldn't get the bolts off. So, I contacted customer service again to see if they'd send someone out to look into the problem and resolve it for me. I certainly didn't want to cause an additional problem by doing something myself. However, they're response was that I was out of warranty (for a bike less than a month old that was registered by customer service to be covered by their warranty) and I would need to call in a local service technician myself. So I'm definitely disappointed in the level of Customer Service so far. Luckily the clicking has stopped on its own. Overall I'm happy with the bike. My husband finds it too complicated so he's disappointed in the display and programs, but I'm ok with it especially since we paid a third of the price for it via Amazon rather than buying either the same item or a similar item from any of the local retailers. The bike is very slim so doesn't take up much room and yet I find it very sturdy and we are both tall and larger sized people. I do think the resistance is a little weak. For me, I use between 40-60%, but my husband starts at 60 and feels that as he gets stronger my reach the limit of the resistance so will no longer get the full benefit of the resistance.

Zero-noise bike, simple assembly, terrific quality. Won't be disappointed.
Super quiet operation when pedaling which is great (literally zero noise!). Nice that you can easily adjust the seat forward and backwards to optimize your riding position. Seat isn't the most comfortable so may take awhile to get used to. Can purchase alternate seat or seat pad to make it more comfortable. Took about 1-hour to unbox and setup. Not complicated at all to do. Hardest part is getting the handle bars attached to the base riser. I did myself but would be helpful to have second set of hands to help hold in-place while you thread the connecting bolts. Good bike quality and best value for money that I've seen out there. I'm about a foot taller than my wife and we both can use effectively by adjusting the seat height and forward/backward position, which is simple to adjust. I like that you can just plug in monitor for power rather than having to periodically swap out batteries. Wide adjustment range for pedaling tension/difficulty. I find that operating at 70% is just the right challenge if you're just looking for a manual ride for 20min or so. Haven't yet mastered the different exercise program options. Lastly, nice that all the tools you need to assemble come right with the package, so need to acquire separate tools on-hand to assemble.

Not enough resistance
It's a good product. Assembly took less than one hour. I was able to assemble it by myself without any help. I will share two imperfections: (1) I wish it had more resistance. I'm not an athlete, but I have to set it to 100% resistance for my workout. I guess I will have to replace it when I get stronger. (2) I wish the fan pushed more air and made less noise. The location of the fan is weird; it should've been placed on the top of the screen.

Increased noise while pedaling
In the beginning, the bike was very quiet while pedaling, now after one month of usage it starts to make noise.

No customer support
The exercise bike is virtually un-useable due to the inability to lower the tension setting.

Very Quiet
Rides well, very smooth, no vibration, quiet. However, it does not turn off, so I have to unplug it after each use or the screen stays lit forever.

Disappointed in description
The bike has a small seat and Horizon has no larger seat that fits it would not have bought it if we had known prior to purchasing
