Insurance very hard to deal with on defective products!!
I ordered this plane as a Christmas gift. I also purchased insurance from Assurian for product protection. The plane didn’t fly correctly and fell to the ground and broke. When I contacted Assurian I was given the run around. I submitted pictures and had to show proof of my purchase even though it was through Amazon and Amazon contacted them as well. I became so frustrated that I just didn’t pursue it further. I the future I will NOT use this company!

It's a fun toy!
Lots of fun, the kids love it. It's very durable, takes a beating. It takes a few rounds to get the hang of it, and you definitely do not want to fly in windy conditions. Customer service was top notch when I needed assistance.

One time use
The plane is made of Styrofoam. Like the kind that is used in Amazon packaging boxes. We took it to a big open area at the park and as soon as it took flight it kept going at high speed. It didn't respond to the controls and was never seen again, same as all the other reviews mentioned.
