Perfect for for my wine decanter!

It is very light and you can't empty all the water out. I used it once for shrimp cocktail and it is all stained

Finally, a safe and attractive way to display and serve seafood at a party. It's a bit of a pain getting every drop of water out afterwards, but worth it. I bought two of the 11 inch size. They were perfect because I had two. A larger would be great but then you have to find room in your freezer to freeze it. Four stars because they're overpriced but I needed them and they worked and I'll use them again and again.

They do the job and present well however it is most difficult to drain them after the ice melts in them. So you’re there for at least an hour trying to drain them out so they do not rust or give off a bad foul smell.

Great presentation and keeps the food chilled perfectly without getting soggy!We only wish that the drain hole was better placed to ensure getting all of the water out more easily.

After the tray is used and the ice melts, it does not drain easily. Over several days you must rock it back and forth to move the water I guess in to another chamber ? so it can drain.Will not be using again.
