The media could not be loaded. I always wanted to have a training weight vest for my morning jogging. Therefore I ended up ordering this; The item is made of premium material and seems/looks to be very strong and long-lasting; Everything about it seems to be of good quality (the Velcro/straps/mesh/buckle, etc...). What I love about it is that it conveniently has pockets on both sides that can be used to store mobile phones, keys, wallets, etc... Excellent feature!I started using it without the weight plates to get used to it while jogging, and eventually, I will start adding some weight; I'll obviously have to purchase the weight plates as they are not included with the vest.The vest is fully adjustable and comes with a quick-release buckle system allowing a very convenient, quick/easy donning/doffing;I'm very happy with it and would definitely recommend it.

As advertised weights aren't included with the unit but I managed to add 8kg of weight to the vest and have been using it daily.The weights don't bounce around too much due to the design of the vest and it does help with strength and endurance.Over a priod this vest will certainly help me to break the 20minute 5k park run and using it is helping with my ultimate goal.Feels well made, durable and versatile
