for my stomach, not for arousal
I've read Damiana can be an aphrodisiac. I haven't felt that at all, I've been taking it for my stomach. I only take one of these daily, and I do so after my last meal. The bit of research I did suggested this was the best time to do so. I put water in my mouth, then pop the pill in and swallow, so I really don't have a report on the taste, nor could I speak to the quality of the product. Short of being there to watch the entire process how could I possibly know if these are high or low quality. If you believe everything you read on the side of a bottle or the description on a web site you might be convinced otherwise, but I only write about what I know. The size of these makes them easy to swallow, the price seems more than fair (especially if you're only taking 1 and not 2) and I hope they are helping my digestion because that's why I take them.

These capsules are flavorless and easy to swallow. The bottle is smallish. I've been taking them for about a week and so far can't tell any noticeable difference but am hopeful they will be beneficial. If you are looking for a damiana supplement, these seem good.

Good, quality supplement
I feel like my energy levels have improved after a week of taking this supplement and have had no undesirable side effects from it. Capsule size is standard, and it goes down easily enough with no weird smells or aftertaste. I appreciate that this product is non-GMO and vegan, as well as GMP certified. At $14 for a one-month supply, I feel that these are a great deal.

Seems like a quality product hard to say on the results
It is always tough to review something like this. You buy it for the benefits and you take as directed but you can never be sure of the results without some kind of controlled trial. I will say what I can. The product looks to be of high quality based on packaging and contents. The pills are easy to swallow. There is no bad taste or foul odor. No supplement that I know of has life changing results but they may make subtle differences. That is what I found to be the case with this product.
