I recently had the pleasure of trying out the Nexxus Sulfate-Free Scalp Scrub Hair Treatment, and I must say, it has completely revolutionized my hair care routine! From the moment I applied this exfoliating and nourishing detox hair care treatment, I could feel the difference in my scalp's health and the overall condition of my hair. First and foremost, I was delighted to discover that this scrub is sulfate-free. As someone with sensitive skin, I always strive to find products that are gentle and non-irritating. I love this! It works great and even smells nice. No more buildup on your scalp after use. It does not lather like other products do, but I don't mind. It still does the job and does it well.

I've used this product for a few months now, using it no more than once a week. I have small patches of seborrheic dermatitis, so this review isn't for those with just common dandruff. It's very easy to use, and the grit feels so heavenly on my always itchy scalp. I use dry shampoo and Moroccan oil products on my extremely thick wavy hair so the buildup becomes heavy on my scalp very quickly. This scrub strips all of that away and makes my hair feel light and scalp deep cleaned better than just shampoo. But it doesn't seem to last longer than a day or two, and it definitely doesn't completely clear my flaking away. I do like having this in my hair routine once a week to get a pampered fresh sort of feeling!

This is a really great scalp deep cleanser. It's literally a scrub and is thick and gritty. It helps strip your scalp of product buildup and also for those of us prone to scalp acne, it gives a nice deep cleaning for that. You'll get quite a few uses out of the container since you only use it once a week or so. It makes my hair smell good and style well. The product has no added colors and is easy to use- simply scoop out a tbsp or so and work into your scalp, scrub and rinse! That's it!

I feel like Alexis Rose from Schitt's creek because I cannot stop touching my hair! It feels like silk. I am a product junkie and wondering where this Nexxus Scalp Scrub has been my entire life. I have so many detox, clarifying and chelating hair products...I do Malibu Crystal Gel treatments often, I use the K18 and Olaplex Chelating treatments and the list goes on. But nothing I have ever used compares to this Nexxus Scalp Scrub. It actually removes all the unseen gunk from your hair and turns it back into what feels like the virgin hair of a 4 year old. It is silky, shiny, bouncy....I have not seen my hair look this healthy since I was a child honestly. I am amazed by it. Since this scalp scrub removes all the build up from the hair, I expected dry hair afterwards, but nope. I used it almost a week ago with nothing but a light conditioner after and still a week later my hair comes out like silk after every wash. I have fine, long, bleached hair that gets build-up fairly easily and I have never had such good results from any other product. I will also note that my K18 mask seems to absorb and work so much better after using this Nexxus Scalp Scrub, so there is another win for healthy hair. The K18 detox shampoo has nothing on this stuff!

I don't buy it again. After using this product, my hair scalp wanna cry.

I have recently started washing my hair twice a week, instead of every day, in hopes of creating healthier hair. And I wanted a scalp scrub that would get rid of the dry shampoo and other products in my hair between wash days. This scalp scrub smells clean and has enough “scrubiness” to it where it feels nice and like it’s doing the job. It also suds up, which makes me think that there is some type of soap in it. So if that’s what you’re looking for, this is for you.

This scrub is fantastic. I have fine, thin, flat hair that gets oily quickly. This scrub not only smells amazing, it's effective. It removes build up, leaves my scalp feeling fresh and clean, and adds volume to my sad hair. It is truly one of my favourite hair products, and I've tried a LOT. Now where the hell is it?! I've purchased this repeatedly and swear by it, and now it's disappeared from online and in-store stock. What is it with Nexxus discontinuing their best products? And if it's not discontinued, why has it been out of stock everywhere for over six months? Please restock this. The ratings are proof that it's in demand.
