BEST EYE LINER!

My favorite smudgable eyeliner.
Easy to smudge, does not sting your eyes even if you put eyeliner on the inner flat behind your lasher. (I do)The best pencil liner I have found. It stays in place and does not turn you into a monster crying black tears, even if you go swimming.

Goes on quick and smooth.
Leaves a dark smear under lower eye lid, but not as bad as most other liners. I will repurchase as needed.

This is the best eyeliner!
I’ve tried many brands and this one does the trick - not only does it stay on, it doesn’t bleed. I’m not the type to reapply my make up so this is perfect since it lasts all day.

Not waterproof
Bought for tight lining below my upper lashes. This product did not pass the test. Within an hour, the line was invisible. Goes on easily, so I use it for lining above my upper lashes. It has stayed in place without bleeding. Too expensive to throw away.
