Amazed by its quality. Very Good quality with excellent finished. Ordered this trolley bag for my 5 years old daughter she is loving it so much. Recommend others to buy this cute bear trolley bag.

The first time it was delivered, it had a big scratch on the face of the bear. I returned it and asked for replacement but when it came there was still a scratch on the face (smaller than previous), however, worse because the wheels are not leveled up! I think the stitching of the zipper or the actual body was a little twisted. I tried putting some things inside if it could fix it somehow, but still it's the same. I cannot replace it now because I think you can replace it only once and since we are travelling I cannot check for something else now. not so good quality but design is nice.
