This is absolutely wonderful for my father who has dementia! The letters are clear and big enough to be read easily. It has many languages, easy to set up, light can be dimmed. Everything is there! Day, date, time and period of the day (ex. morning, afternoon, etc...) He has it in his living room. We loved it so much that we bought a second one for his bedroom! It lights up at night and acts as a nightlight...more secure for him to get to the bathroom. It is very reassuring for him to be able to know what date it is as he can not remember. This way, he does not have to ask all the time.

The first digital clock we received had a software problem. I contacted the sellers and they were more then helpful and immediately replaced the product for me. The replacement is exactly what my mom needed. Excellent people to deal with!

Was quite pleased with the clock until it stopped working 2.5 months after ordering it. Hippodoctor spoke with their factory engineer and got back to me on how to fix it and the clock is now working well. Thanks for getting back to me.
