Great to have in your kit.

I had some new doors fitted and needed to take them off for painting the door frames. The joiner had used this device to lift the doors to allow the screws to be inserted. It worked really well and I found it useful for raising these really heavy doors and they helped me steady them to prevent damage.I understand that people use them to lift washing machines etc to level the feet and imagine it would work very well and would save crushed fingers.I never knew this pad existed prior to the door fitting but am glad I now have one in the tool kit.

This is a great little device and one that when needed is a real help. I've used it to lift a TV unit up to adjust the feet to relevel it, without removing anything (TV, drawer contents etc.). Simply putting a block of wood under part of the unit and then this on the floor underneath, I was able to gently raise the TV unit and sort everything out and then releasing slowly to let it all back down again.It makes jobs that would normally be more challenging (or simply 'ignored') to be carried out with ease. Wish I'd had one to help level my washing machine (and with a lift of 135KG this would easily have coped!)

When you have to tilt a fridge or cooker back to be able to adjust the feet, it is quite hard to do on your own. But with this it’s a doddle, put it under pump it up (you may need two depending on the weight) and away you go. Great for door and other items that might need adjusting around the home.

Smaller than I expected, need to read descriptions more carefully.Good enough for intended job, packing feet up on an upright freezer in the garage.Useful addition to toolbox

Makes screwdrivers and chisels under a door to lift it to the correct height redundant, easy to use and reliable.

Loving it to bits. On its first use - had to install about 100kg door 63mm thick with glazing panel. lifted it without a problem. I was well impressed. More expensive than other brands - but in my eyes it's well worth spending a few extra pennies on having something that can be used on many applications than cheap off-brand products. Buy cheap - buy twice.

Used to raise up washing machine to level equipment.
