Works perfectly

Easy to install. Heavy garage door going in and out of house and plenty to close.

Very difficult to install. Clumsy operation. I have to throw it in the garbage. No good at all for the money spent. Will never buy it again.

I have 2 laundry room doors one to the garage and one into the hallway of the house. I wanted them both to stay closed to keep garage heat out of the house. I tried changing the hinges to self-closing but they would not work very well. I got 2 of these and installed 1 on each door. It only took me about 10 minutes per door and they work great. I will be ordering more for other doors that I want to self-close.

Seems like a good product initially. But after 6 months in Florida weather it's quit. Now it's working every other time. I've tried to put more spring tension but then it's slams real hard. Funny things that it's stopped working on both lanai doors almost simultaneously.

Great simple product that works well! Took all of about 10 minutes to install 2.

Works as advertised. I reccomend two pack so u can make it swing tighter with the second arm although u can use the small one provided. I give this product 5 stars. Shipped fast

Three stars because the spring is loud after 2 weeks, but they work great

Very good works great better than spring loaded hinges

They were easy to mount but I found they lack and real closing power and really only good to get the door close to the latch, whcih is fine for my needs. One got noisy pretty quick though.

Used it on a suna door which is exposed to steam 24hrs a day. It's still working fine.
