Unable to enjoy its quality and benefits, because of these are not fitting properly in the ears, could be a design fault

I lost one of my buds unfortunately i was not able to buy one pair i live in jordan.Then unfortunately the other one stopped working without any reason

The sound is good. Battery life good. However they are difficult to keep inside the ear. It is so irritating and defeats the purpose. If anyone has a solution, please help.

Definitely disappointed in both the sound and the fit. Initially a very cheap tiny sound that can be fixed using the equalizer app. However, this only works if they fit securely. Constantly moving and falling out (they are weighted to the outside). This regardless which size used. This causes the sound (bass) to constantly change.

Don't buy this item it's waste of your money & time

Produto ótimo. Atende a todas as necessidades. Teve gente que disse que cai do ouvido, mas é questão de escolher as olivas do tamanho certo do seu ouvido e saber encaixar ele quando colocar. Fone com som maravilhoso, bateria dura uma eternidade, é confortável. Super recomendo.

Fone com ótimo som, ótimo grave e ótima duração de bateria, em questão de volume não é dos melhores.São um pouco grandes e apesar da sensação de não encaixar bem na orelha, não cai.Recomendo
