This brace really helps with your posture. It can be worn over or under a shirt. I appreciate that it’s very adjustable and the Velcro is sturdy. It’s comfortable and is helping with my back, shoulder and neck pain.

WOW it is a great corrector for the kyphosis beginning at 72, due to Osteoporosis. Back is no longer fatigued mid day, no longer having to stretch out or lay down.Love love this brace, better than the cumbersome one I received from medical RX. I ONLY wish FOR different COLORS!Fit is perfect after I opened top closing Velcro closure the adjustment fits perfectly. Decrease pain is 98% gone.

Good product that offers moderate support and is comfortable to use. My grandaughter had just hoped for more support, but it is a good reminder to help her work on her posture and will hopefully eliminate some pain she exsperiences due to mild scoliosis.

It works like it says. When you put it on, it pulls you up and your shoulders back. Now realistically, unless you are toned/not have baby fat from labor, you cannot wear this all day if you are on the chubby side like I am right now. It kind of digs into my fat by the armpits.... I recommend wearing it 2 hours a day like it says to do. A few hours of wear of fine and feels comfortable! When you move around a lot and are chubbier, not so much for a long day wearer. 4 stars. Having some neck pain and can't wear it right now due to injury of something else.. would be 5 stars if I was 1. I shape. And 2. Didn't have neck pain 3. Could wear it for longer periods of time for best results.

Very sturdy & easy to put on. I felt better right away! I immediately felt straighter and stronger, and I'll definitely be utilizing this often, especially when I cook. I have a catering business and often have upper back pain after hunching over to make pastries, so I think this will help a lot.

I love this posture support brace. It has helped me wen sitting at a desk all day by keeping me sitting up straight and no slouching. It has also helped with neck and shoulder pain.
