Great product, great flavour & texture & versatile.
Great product, great flavour & texture. I no longer use pasta and potatoes some of my favourite foods, but didn't help my weight. I keep 4 days supply in the fridge cooked with a few stock cubes for 25 minutes and use it as a base for most of my meals and snacks, with grated carrots - apples - gherkins and/or freshly grated turmeric and chopped ginger and different types of dressings hot or cold. Depending on my mood, I also use if with fresh pineapple and other fruits and veggies enjoy. Eat SMALL portions 2 hrs apart throughout the day & lost a stone in weight.

The king of lentils
I searched a lot for Beluga lentils in supermarkets/health food shops and they were difficult to find. These were relatively cheap and good quality. They don't need a lot of cooking, ready after 16-18min of boiling and very nutritious. Also 27g of protein in 100g of lentils. That is an amazing protein content. The king of lentils!

Not entirely black!
I bought these specifically because they’re black so unfortunately I was disappointed at the number of stray brown, green and yellow lentils in the bag.And to clarify, they are not discoloured black lentils, they are the other shapes and types of lentils.
